“We will examine why Russia invaded Eastern and Southern Ukraine in 2014 and launched a broader war against Ukraine in February 2022 and how its goals and calculations have and have not changed. We will consider the resilience of the Ukrainian people and how the roles of women and education in Ukraine have contributed to this resilience.”
