HIGH10 Personal Training is a boutique fitness studio set to open in late February of 2024. We specialize in small group personal training, with a primary focus on weight loss achieved through tailored strength training programs, nutrition guidance, and habit change. Our mission is to empower our members to look and feel their best, supporting them in their pursuit of reaching their highest potential. While our typical member falls within the age range of 45-69, we welcome individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
In our intimate small group sessions, we maintain a size of 4-6 members, a sweet spot that combines the dynamic energy and accountability of a class with the personalized attention and customization of a one-on-one session. From the very beginning, we invest time in getting to know our members. Each journey kicks off with a comprehensive start point session, during which we gain insights into their goals and conduct a functional movement screen. This screen helps us assess movement capabilities, identify areas for modification to prevent injury, and ensure that exercises are both challenging and enjoyable. Following this, we collaboratively devise a realistic, sustainable plan of action that has a proven track record of delivering desired results. While members understand their responsibility in putting in the work, we, as their coaches, are committed to supporting them every step of the way.
