Middle School Dance: Hollywood Nights!

Step onto the red carpet and get ready for a star-studded night! This is your chance to shine like a celebrity, show off your best moves, and dance the night away with friends.

Dress to impress in your most glamorous attire or channel your favorite movie star—this is your moment to be the main character! Whether you’re bringing vintage Hollywood flair or modern red-carpet energy, the spotlight is on YOU!

Each ticket includes a VIP pass for a slice of pizza (Pepperoni, Cheese, and Gluten-Free options available). Feeling extra hungry? Additional slices, chips, and cookies will be available for $2 each, with both cash and credit accepted. Stay refreshed at our complimentary water station throughout the night.

Creative Nature Spring Break Art Camp

Each day students will create two different projects! Students will sculpt and paint various imaginative and colorful creations using a mixed media of non-toxic and kid-friendly materials, step by step instructions, and a touch of imagination!

Creative Nature offers fun and inspiring art classes, workshops, birthday parties, special events, summer camps, after school art programs, and face and arm painting. Creative Nature will come to your favorite location, bring tables and chairs and all material needed for your creative event. Hands On Gilding Workshop

This month’s event will focus on gilding, specifically the metallic leaves and how they have been used historically in interior decoration. Following a brief lecture led by Anthony Kartsonas of Historic Surfaces LLC, attendees will participate in a hands-on workshop where they will receive their own rosette to gild and take home with them. Attendees are also welcome to bring a personal item to gild. The item should have a primer or regular coat of paint already applied in order to be eligible for gilding.

About the Speaker

Anthony Kartsonas, co-founder of Historic Surfaces LLC, is an architectural conservator and historic finishes specialist. He has over 30 years of experience and consults on projects involving the restoration and conservation of painted surfaces, wood finishes, plaster, scagliola, and murals. Anthony is experienced in performing paint analyses and microscopy for the investigation of historic colors and decorative schemes. Current local project includes the restoration of the interior finishes at Fair Lane, the home of Henry Ford in Dearborn.

Breath & Movement for Healing

A gentle supportive class that blends beginner-friendly yoga, mindful movement to music, and a safe space for healing. This call is for anyone navigating trauma, illness, grief, or major life transitions, offering a way to process emotions and reconnect with your body in a compassionate way.

The class is led by Wellness practitioner Cass Ghiorse. The five-week class begins on March 9.
