For the final Evening with Chef Joe Paxton event for spring 2022, we celebrate the coming of spring in Michigan by gathering recipes featuring local ingredients and dishes. During this evening, guests will indulge in recipes that highlight the flavors and heritage from our Great Lakes State! From Chef’s mother’s house rolls to a crisp glass of wine from Leelanau Peninsula, this evening is sure to encompass the essence of the true Michigander!

The event will feature meats provided by Michigan-based Joli Cochon Farms and wine from Great Lakes Wines and Spirits.
