At Portraits by Rod, we work with businesses – small and large – and individuals to create powerful headshots and other photographic images that reflect your brand. Our images will help you and your company make a great first impression and tell your story so you can attract the right clients – the ones that connect with you.

In business since 2000, we are an on-location studio. We come to your business and will serve as an ongoing partner for photography needs including building an image library for social media posts, catalogs, company reports, websites, and more. As your business grows and you bring on new hires, we are there to keep your website and printed media refreshed.

Families Against Narcotics

Founded in 2007, Families Against Narcotics (FAN) is a grassroots organization based in Macomb County, Michigan. We held our first town hall meeting in the basement of a church and continued to meet in that same location for 14 years. FAN’s monthly “Forums” have grown, but they continue to be a safe place where people can face and learn about addiction from others who have had similar experiences. Thousands have attended our meetings, including families affected by addiction; concerned citizens; law enforcement; judges; health care professionals; leaders in education, business, and religion; and people in recovery.

We work tirelessly to educate young adults, parents, school personnel, law enforcement, judges, doctors, and other health care professionals about the dangers of misusing prescription drugs, especially painkillers. FAN has grown to more than 20 chapters throughout Michigan and offers dozens of monthly support meetings across the state.

FranNet of Michigan

FranNet offers consulting services on a no fee, no obligation basis to individuals, couples and families committed to starting their own businesses. We work with over 250 franchise companies in a variety of industries and investment levels. Our approach is to profile our client utilizing our proprietary online Entrepreneur Profile tool, and then a face-to-face consultation in order to establish a Business Model based on individual preferences, personality, transferable skills, business and personal goals, and budget. We then recommend appropriate franchise concepts for them to investigate, and coach them through the research and decision process. We are independent of the franchisors, and are solely focused on getting the client what they desire, with affordability and safety.

MIDLINE

MIDLINE Movement is an intersection of form (alignment) function (core) freedom (expression) and flow (real life). Midline movement classes connect the breath and core to activate your strength and welcome your softness. These classes are for everybody and every body.

MIDLINE Breathwork classes explore the the co-mingling of breathing mechanics, the body’s ever shifting chemistry and the nervous system. Likened to being the remote control of the brain, conscious breathing can shift your state of being in an instant. Consistent breath practice has been proven to be effective for lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety, improving sleep and stimulating feelings of joy and aliveness within the body.
