War Memorial: Chamber Soloists of Detroit: Partners in Time – Simply Sublime!

Guest violist Ara Gregorian returns to his native Michigan to join friends and colleagues, violinist Amy Schwartz Moretti, cellist Edward Arron and pianist Pauline Martin, in an engaging program for strings and piano. Featuring the monumental Piano Quartet No. 2 in E flat by Dvorak, Beethoven’s “Eyeglasses” Duo for Violin and Cello, the ever-popular “Gypsy” Trio in G by Haydn, and William Grant Still’s “Mother and Child” (from his Suite for Violin and Piano).

Enjoy a lively exchange with the artists at CSD’s trademark Just Between Us “talk-back”, following the concert.
